1. Delivery Area
1.1 We deliver within Switzerland, to Europe, and to the United States of America (USA).
1.2 For deliveries to other countries, please contact us via email or through our contact form to check availability and shipping costs.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Up to 2 kg: 4.70 CHF
- Over 2 kg: 10.50 CHF
per order.
2.2 European Countries
- Up to 2 kg: 15 CHF
- Over 2 kg: 30 CHF
per order.
2.3 United States of America (USA)
- Up to 2 kg: 18 CHF
- Over 2 kg: 30 CHF
per order.
2.4 Shipping costs will be clearly and transparently displayed during the checkout process.
2.5 The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply for deliveries outside Switzerland (e.g., USA).
3. Delivery Time
3.1 Switzerland
The delivery time within Switzerland is usually 1 to 3 business days from the date of the order, provided the item is in stock and no alternative delivery times are specified.
3.2 Europe
The delivery time to European countries is usually 5 to 7 business days from the date of the order.
3.3 USA
The delivery time to the USA is usually 7 to 14 business days from the date of the order.
3.4 If there are delays due to customs processing, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
4. Shipping Providers
4.1 We work with reliable shipping providers such as Swiss Post, DHL, FedEx, and other international partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
4.2 The choice of shipping provider will be at our discretion, unless a different arrangement has been made with you.
5. Tracking
5.1 If available, you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor the status of your shipment online at any time.
5.2 If no tracking is offered, we will inform you of the expected delivery date.
6. Delivery Address
6.1 Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided during the order process.
6.2 Please check your address for accuracy and completeness to avoid delays or returns.
6.3 If additional shipping costs arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we reserve the right to pass these costs on to you.
7. Self-Collection
7.1 Self-collection is possible only by prior arrangement. Please contact us to organize a pickup.
8. Shipping Damages
8.1 Please carefully check the goods upon receipt for any shipping damages. If any damage is visible, please inform us within 48 hours after receiving the goods by email or phone.
8.2 Shipping damages are covered by the shipping provider's insurance as part of the shipping costs. We will gladly assist you with the claims process.
9. Customs and Import Fees
9.1 For deliveries outside Switzerland, especially to the USA, customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees may apply, which are charged by the local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
9.2 It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about the respective import regulations of the destination country.
